Ozge graduated from Biology in 2008 at Istanbul University and completed master’s degree in Marketing between 2008 and 2010 at the same university. Ozge have been in the clinical research area for over 11 years, primarily working in the field as Site Coordinator for almost 2 years. Throughout her career, she has performed Clinical Trial Coordinator and CRA roles at Boehringer Ingelheim company between 2012 and 2016 years. She has gained comprehensive knowledge in clinical research management at Boehringer Ingelheim, Covance CRO and Merck Sharp & Dohme companies, respectively between 2016 and 2020. She was fully responsible for initiating and executing several projects with high quality perspective at various TAs such as oncology, hematology, cardiology, respiratory, and primary care for pediatric and adult patients.

She most recently has acted as a CRA manager at Merck Sharp & Dohme company, and she has oversighted 15 CRAs between 2020 and 2021. Furthermore, she created several remote working tools for CRAs to ensure business continuity in the department and at the projects.

Ozge joined P95 as Quality Manager in May 2022.
