Head of Medical Writing

Marc is a scientist with a broad experience in the field of immunology and cancer research. He obtained his first degree in Biology in 1990 at the Wageningen University (NL) and then worked two years in Veterinary Science at the University of Utrecht (NL), investigating serum markers for Salmonella infections in poultry.

Marc obtained a PhD at the Erasmus University Rotterdam (NL), entitled “The humoral immune response against the transforming proteins E6 and E7 of human papillomavirus type 16 in patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix.” Marc then went on to work as a postdoc at the Department of Medical Oncology, Laboratory of Cancer Research

of the University of Antwerp (BE), covering different topics including human papillomavirus, biomarkers and the tumor microenvironment. Marc joined P95 as a medical writer in January 2014.
